Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Return Process:

All returns, excluding promotional sales, seasonal sales, bulk offers, and select items, must be initiated through our website within 12 days from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective item or encounter workmanship or material defects within 15 days (excluding stains), contact us at [email protected] to request a product return.

Return Charges:

There is no return charge for eligible returns.

If the item cost is less than Rs.529, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return Eligibility:

The return process must be completed within 12 days from the delivered date.

Items eligible for return must be in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Promotional sales, seasonal sales, bulk offers, and select items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refund Process:

Refund amounts will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 15 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfers. Our Customer Care team will contact you for the necessary bank details.

Refund Denial:

fokesbuy reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our refund policy criteria.

Refunds will not be processed for items beyond the stipulated 12-day return window.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item damaged upon arrival, inform us at [email protected] within a week of receiving the package.

To return a damaged item, follow the Return Instructions on our website.

Once the damaged item is received, we will assess and validate it. If approved, we will refund the purchase price.

Exchange Process:

The exchange product will be picked up from the original delivery address, and the new product will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Missed Return Pickup:

If you miss the return pickup, a second attempt will be made on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled.

Security Measures:

fokesbuy will never request additional bank or card details via email. If you receive such a request, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
